We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure or other events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the products are handed over to the carrier.

Damages and missing items

Inspect your order on receipt. If a parcel is damaged or the item is wrong, contact aapo@sointuai.com immediately so we can assess and fix the issue.
